Return Policy at Wallstickerarts
At Wallstickerarts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Returns Eligibility:
  • You may return unopened and unused wall stickers within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return:
  1. Contact our customer service team via our contact us form to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will issue you a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to ship your return.

Shipping Your Return:
  • Pack your returned items securely in their original packaging.
  • Include the RA# clearly marked on the package.
  • Ship your return using a trackable shipping method.
  • Wallstickerarts is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipment.

Refund Processing:
  • Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return policy conditions, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please Note:
  • Personalized or custom-made orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Any damage to the wall stickers due to improper application or misuse will not be covered under our return policy.
